Few social media accounts and pages some of which are related to Israeli occupation, have published a video featuring a shrouded child titled: “The Pallywood Hamas Fake News Factory: Hamas published a video shows a doll stained with blood claiming that it’s a casualty from Gaza”.

The truth is that this child was killed during the bombing on Gaza and not a doll.

Our team was in touch with news photographer Mu’men Halabi, who confirmed to Tayqan that he recorded the video on October 12th, 2023 at Al-Shifaa’ Hospital in Gaza.

Halabi mentioned that the child who appeared in the video is the 4-and-a-half-year-old martyr, “Omar Bilal Albanna”, a resident of Zaytoun district in the Gaza Strip, He was killed along with his family and uncle in Israeli bombing, and both his older brother and aunt were injured.

Halabi also provided Tayqan's team with pictures of Albanna before and after his martyrdom.
